A few days ago we made lots of ginger bread cookies! they are sooooo fun to make and decorate :)
It is funny to think that we started out with quite small blob of ginger bread that made made about....36 cookies!!!
Here is the temperature and you will need the oven if you want to make them :) Its about 180 degrees Celsius... but we have what Mum says is a 'fan forced' oven, which is a little more powerful than a normal oven. If you don't have 'fan forced', maybe you will need to put it on a little hotter?you will probably have to cook them for about 10 minutes, you might have to keep watching them too because they could burn quickly because of the sugar in them. I am sorry to say that can't remember the recipe! :0 sorry. But.......
